I am an experienced Realtor® serving Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak areas, where I have lived much of my life. Both myself and our real estate group, the Huger Group, are commited to serving our clients with honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and we represent our clients’ needs and interests without compromise.

Education is extremely important to us, as it helps us to continuously better the services and information we provide to our clients. I have earned the professional designation of e-Pro®, a comprehensive certification for effectively working with internet-savvy consumers and utilizing effective internet and social media real estate marketing. Scott Huger of the Huger Group is also certified in the Volunteer Realtor Program (VRP) for local military installations, and provides service orientations and education in all real estate matters to local military Housing Referral Offices.

We have strong relationships and key connections with area military at Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base, Shriever Air Force Base, United States Air Force Academy, and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station. Our strong military connections give our home and property listings key marketing advantages, and exposure to an estimated 188,000 military related personnel and family members – nearly 38% of the total Pikes Peak area population.

We believe in the importance of giving back to our community, and are strong supporters of our local Kids Crossing organization and our local school districts. We work closely with the Pikes Peak Foreclosure Prevention Partnership, and support fair and affordable housing.
